Here’s a recipe that we know kids will enjoy baking: mini pecan phyllo cups. They are a delicious treat for everyone to enjoy!
Here are the ingredients you’ll need:
1 large egg
4 teaspoons of brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
2 tablespoons of honey
1 tablespoon of melted butter
1/2 cup of chopped pecans
15 mini phyllo cups (found in a single package from the company Athens Foods)

Here are the recipe directions:
First, preheat the oven to 350°F.
Secondly, combine all the ingredients (except the chopped pecans) into a medium-sized mixing bowl. Mix well.
Next stir in the chopped pecans.
Then, arrange your mini phyllo cups onto a baking sheet. And, fill each mini phyllo cup with one teaspoon of pecan mixture.
Any leftovers of the pecan mixture can be distributed evenly amongst the mini phyllo cups.
Finally, bake in the oven for 10 – 15 minutes. Allow them to cool before serving.
